Semi-Private Training requires two people training at the same time. It is helpful to have both people with similar goals to optimize this type of training. Once I receive the form and notification of your training desire, I will contact you to set up our first appointment which will cover fitness history, goals, and fitness tests that will help me determine the course of action. A short workout may also be performed on the first meeting.
