If any part of this agreement should be disallowed or made void, the parties agree that the remainder of this agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect. MPT, all staff, employees, and assignees, will have the right and the option to bring any dispute(s) to arbitration according to the rules of the Arbitration Association of their choice, whose decision will be considered final and legally binding.
